A.I.D.A. the “Italian Academy of Sweet Art“, is the vocational school strongly supported, designed and created by MO.CA. Founded in 2008 with the aim to respond timely and positively to the need for specialisation and the improvement of the operators in bakery, pastry, gelato, ho.re.ca and gastronomy in general, it has developed a specific field of education even in the art of packaging and presenting products and setting up tables and display cases.
Training is carried out by a careful selection of teachers and with a constant emphasis on traditional craftsmanship.
Technical demonstrations (free) alternate with monothematic courses of great value and real training. Thanks to a careful organisation of the course modules, even those who are very busy in their work are able to follow the lessons, which are well articulated in theory but also provide moments of practice in the laboratory, allowing the student to experience all the skills first hand. Courses are supported by technical pamphlets, which are valuable tools to take home in order to perfect the student’s knowledge about raw materials and the processing techniques suggested by the teacher.

AIDA also welcomes those who may not not require specific studies and professional experience, but just want to learn the basic rules, tricks and recipes, inspired by a great passion for the art.
